MONACO AUCTION RESULTS

3 WORLD RECORDS

On Wednesday July 21st, 2021, Antiquorum, the world’s premier auctioneers of modern and vintage timepieces established in Geneva in 1974, hosted its Monaco summer auction in the sublime setting of the Hôtel de Paris, achieving a result of EUR 5,771,077 with 3 world records.

Earlier this week, Antiquorum auctioned off the eagerly awaited LOT 152, otherwise known as the Patek Philippe Ref. 5711/1A Nautilus with olive green dial, for a stunning EUR 416,000 / CHF 450,000 / USD 490,000 (incl. buyer’s premium). This remarkable result came after tense exchanges between bidders online and in the room, with Antiquorum CEO Romain Réa finally hammering the gavel at six times over the low estimate.
