TRUCKS ARE HEADED TO ORLANDO

Orlando, Florida.- The phones are continuing to ring at the IWJG Offices in Houston and Members are still signing up for our January Event… Max and the trucks are on their way to Florida!!!

The International Watch and Jewelry Guild Event on January 18th and 19th, 9am to 6pm, at the Hyatt Regency, 9801 International Drive in Orlando, is our First IWJG Show of this New Year… We are looking forward to seeing all of you in Orlando next week…

We keep hearing that our members appreciate the fact that we are the only organization holding Jewelry and Watch Events and many of our members tell us they need and miss the IWJG shows… We are Happy to help our Members during these difficult times… We appreciate your support as we all are having to work through this Pandemic… We are here for all of You and We are Ready to see you in Florida!!!

Remember… We are doing all we can do to give you a Safe Place to do Business… Due to the Social Distancing Requirements, will only provide full tables, no half tables and we will not be able to have as many tables as we would under normal circumstances. The IWJG will be checking Temperatures…Masks are Mandatory… The IWJG will be providing masks for anyone that does not have their own… There will be Face Shields for all Table Holders. Tables will have a Clear Barrier between the Exhibitor and the Buyers and there will be plenty of Hand Sanitizer throughout the Ballroom… In addition, the Hotel will be surveying attendees as they check in to the Hotel… This is part of the New Normal… If you expect to have table/s, make sure to register IMMEDIATELY, by contacting Olga at info@IWJG.com or 713-783-8188… Go ahead and order what you think you will need. Due to the restrictions and guidelines we must follow, we will not have the option of fitting in extra tables for you, at a later date!!!

We have shared earlier, that it will be a while before we will see the levels of attendance that we experienced “Pre-COVID-19.” We believe it is in our best interest to provide events for those Members who need to attend and do business. You tell us “Without IWJG Events, we can’t BUY enough merchandise to replace what we can SELL”. Where else can you go and buy 10 watches, 30 watches up to 200 or 300 watches in a day or two… Nowhere Else… Make sure you join us… As we said above, the IWJG is taking all precautions to ensure that you are in the safest environment possible… We love you and want to support you even if it’s not the easiest path for the IWJG… We stand by our decision that “Members First” is the correct road for us to travel…

One of our Members from New York just called and told us that he just booked his flight today from NYC to Orlando, Non-Stop on United for $59.00. Round Trip!!! He could have flown for $46.00 but he likes to fly United, so he sprang for the higher fare… You can’t stay home for that amount of cash… Why would you want to!!!

Olga has extended the Pre-Paid cut-off for Orlando until 11:00 am Central Time Friday… She is so busy with registrations that she isn’t sure she can get them all processed by end of day Friday… She will give it her best effort… Remember, you can’t register for the show on-line, once we are with one week of the Event. If you are not registered… Call the airlines… Get one of these Great Fares and then call Olga at the Houston Office… The IWJG Trucks are Headed to Orlando and You should be To!!!
