The top selling site for Rolex, the Geneva Rare Watches sale will feature some of the finest and rarest examples of the iconic Daytona chronograph, with the example of superb wristwatches with Paul Newman dials, including a reference 6241 in gold with “Champagne Paul Newman” dial, a superb reference 6263 in steel with “Paul Newman Panda” dial and others. Always putting an accent on diversity, the Geneva sale will offer icons from various manufactures, including the iconic Crash London timepiece by Cartier. The Rare Watches sale will also feature the ‘Kairos Collection’ (lot 60 to 89) – the finest collection of Patek Philippe contemporary timepieces ever to appear at auction. Curated by a private distinguished collector with a discerning eye for excellence and the ability to acquire the rarest watches, The Kairos Collection is the fruit of years of dedicated focus and a passion for the most prestigious of provenances, with every single timepiece in exceptional condition with most being unworn. 30 pieces will be presented in Geneva as Part I, with highlights including fabled grand complications such as a Ref. 5959R-001 Split-Seconds Chronograph in rose gold with black dial and a Ref. 5074R-001 Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar in the same livery.
