Based on events that happened overnight the International Watch and Jewelry Guild has made a decision to take a precautionary step that the organization has never made before. The IWJG is Cancelling our event for March 16th and 17th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Even though the financial aspect is of importance to all of us (it’s our Business), the Health and Safety of our members and their Families, is of the Greatest importance to the IWJG.

Last night a flight from New York to South Florida reported that there were passengers on board that tested positive for the Coronavirus. The escalation of this Pandemic and its possible harmful effects to You and your Families served as the guiding light in this decision. The most immediate issue is Your Travel Plans and your Safety.

Check with your airlines, they have been willing to give credit for future flights… We will cancel your room reservations, if you still need your room, please call Delicia at the 1-713-783-8150 or 1-800-554-4992.

It is with Very Heavy Hearts that we came to this Decision. We tried everything reasonable to not cancel the show, but in the end, the fact that we view each of you as Family and Your well-being is always our most important consideration, made this the right and only choice for the IWJG!

Take care of your Self and your Family and if there is anything the IWJG can do for you, if it’s in our power, consider it done… We will get through this together!!!
