Patek Philippe  Ref. 5131 J, self-winding, World Time, cloisonné enamel dial; 18K yellow gold, tonneau-shaped, gentleman’s wristwatch, water-resistant with screwed sapphire-crystal case-back, with one horological complication: • World Time (outer revolving time zone disc with the name of 24 cities of the World and hour-hand adjustable with the rectangular push-piece at 10 o’clock).
