3 WORLD RECORDS !

On Sunday May 9th, 2021, Antiquorum hosted a premium online auction at the historical Hotel Beau-Rivage Genève, which ended in remarkable results (over CHF 10 million total) including three world records.

Over 500 lots went under the hammer during the auction that began at 9:00am and went on to 8:00pm, with bidders from all over the world logged in on Antiquorum.swiss, as well as bidders on the phone and Zoom. With rare lots from brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, A. Lange & Söhne, Omega and more, this auction proved to hold great interest amongst collectors and lovers of great watchmaking.

As testified during Sunday’s auction, Rolex remains a leader in the vintage watch auction market, but lots from brands such as A. Lange & Söhne and Daniel Roth also produced great results, proving that brands that are less common on the auction scene garner immense interest amongst collectors. Other notable leaders in the auction were brands such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and F.P. Journe.
